Athy College is very proud of it's newest artwork.  It is a commissioned sculpture by renowned Irish artist Fidelma Massey.  The piece pays tribute to the previous and indeed current residents of the campus and is entitled "The Hare Queen" .  The bronzed sculpture sits on plinth of Wicklow granite and has a backdrop of nine birch trees.   This is a significant artwork both for the college, the campus and the town.  We hope you like it.
