CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS
What Steps are we taking?
- Since the beginning of last week we have placed hand sanitisers at entrance and in all classrooms and public areas.
- All corridor and external toilet doors are fixed open to minimise hand contact on door panels.
- All classrooms have been issued with door wedges to prop open at entry and exit times
- Extra supplies of soap and washing material and hot water available in all student and staff toilets.
- Computer/laptop keyboards sanitised daily.
- Disinfectant and paper towels in all classrooms.
From the coming weekend/St. Patrick’s Day:
- All non-essential (or exam related) travel or trips from the school will be curtailed.
- All non-essential after school activity which allows access to the school building outside of school time will be discontinued.
- In the event of school closure staff are all being trained in delivery of material through VLE Google Classroom particularly for exam classes. We are in a position to deliver a considerable amount of learning through this remote learning method.
