 Admissions Policy

Applications for admission to Athy College are invited annually from sixth standard students in local primary schools.

All admissions are subject to the admissions Policy of Kildare V.E.C.

Admissions are only taken for first year and fifth year programmes except in rare circumstances.

The principal may establish an admissions committee from within the teaching staff to assist in assessing and interviewing intending students.

In a caring school, we are dedicated to fostering educational excellence, empowering all students to reach their full potential - academic and social, physical and spiritual. Through partnership and co-operation we openly respect and nurture the dignity and uniqueness of each individual.
