I would like to welcome you to Athy College and I hope that our website will give you a flavour of our school and the various programmes, courses and activities we offer.

With this in mind, we at Athy College are committed to providing a school that is caring and we are dedicated to fostering educational excellence by empowering all students to reach their full potential – academic and social, physical and spiritual.
Athy College provides an excellent educational experience on your doorstep. A local school
for that provides a holistic learning environment for all members of the school community. This is achieved by providing a wide range of opportunities for learning both inside and outside the classroom. The school provides a diverse range of educational experiences that are challenging and fulfilling. We place great emphasis on teaching and learning and providing methods of instruction which meet the needs of all our learners.
Athy College is a modern, innovative, progressive school fully committed to preparing
