Dairy Free Baking

 Second year students did dairy-free baking this week using Nubie Foods rapeseed oil which is a new product being produced by Peter Monroe and his partner Alan Salter, in Stradbally.  Mr. Monroe provided a great supply of Sicilian lemon flavoured oil for our baking  when we made fantastic lemon cakes for Easter.
Amy Potts presented Rebecca Monroe with a Sicilian Lemon cake for the family, as a thanks from the whole class.
