 We have just received word that Athy College has been awarded the prestigious "Well Read School" bu the PDST.
Encouraging students to read, creating reading spaces and placing boxes of books to borrow around town are just some of the initiatives which merited this award. We will be presented with the award in the autumn and we hold the title until 2022!! Well done to Ms Doyle and Ms O'Connor for their work in achieving this - you read it here first!
